All trading activity is executed exclusively through regulated brokerage accounts held in the client’s own name, and you acknowledge that Clavus does not manage assets, hold client funds, or execute trades on your behalf. Nothing on this site or in our communications shall be construed as financial advice or a solicitation to invest, and you remain solely responsible for your own investment decisions. You acknowledge that trading and investing involve significant risks, including the risk of losing all invested capital, and that past performance of any system, algorithm, or strategy is not indicative of future results. You expressly agree that Clavus shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our technology, reliance on our systems, or engagement with third-party brokers. All intellectual property, including algorithms, code, designs, content, and systems, remain the exclusive property of Clavus Capital and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws; you are granted only a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our technology for your personal trading account(s) and you agree not to copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, resell, or otherwise misuse our systems. By submitting an application or creating an account, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, legally permitted to trade in your jurisdiction, not subject to sanctions or restrictions, and that all information you provide is true and accurate. You acknowledge that Clavus may process personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and that by using our services you consent to such processing. Clavus Capital reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of such amendments. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts. If you do not agree with these Terms in full, you must discontinue use of this site and our services immediately.

Any historical performance shown represents the amalgamated results of these multiple systems working in conjunction, processed through our proprietary integration framework. The development and validation of these systems utilize both in-sample and out-of-sample data sets to ensure robustness, with performance data potentially spanning different testing and live trading periods. While we present these results in a consolidated format for clarity, the underlying technology involves complex interactions between multiple independent trading components. Individual system performance may vary, and the specific contribution of each subsystem to the overall results may fluctuate over time. Past performance of either individual components or the consolidated system is not indicative of future results.

Novel technologies

These technologies are inherently experimental and may have unpredictable outcomes.

By engaging with Clavus, you acknowledge and accept these risks. It is essential to thoroughly understand the implications of utilizing these novel technologies before proceeding.

Fund custody

Clavus Capital is a technology provider and does not hold, control, or have custody of client funds at any time. Clavus provides access to its technology platform through regulated entities to regulated brokers, allowing clients to select the broker that best meets their needs.

All funds deposited by clients are held directly with their chosen broker, not with Clavus. Each broker may maintain segregated client trust accounts with reputable banks, ensuring compliance with local regulations and providing an additional layer of security.

Clients should be aware that their trading and fund custody relationship is directly with their selected broker, while Clavus solely provides the technology platform to facilitate these services. Access to the Clavus platform is available only through regulated entities at these regulated brokers.

The services provided by Clavus are subject to applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which they operate. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of Clavus’s services complies with the laws and regulations applicable to them.
